What is mudjacking?
Mudjacking, sometimes referred to as concrete lifting or slabjacking, is a process used to raise and level sunken concrete.
How is mudjacking performed?
When we repair sunken concrete surfaces by mudjacking, our expert skilled technicians drill holes in the surface of the concrete to be repaired.
We then pump a grout mixture of clay, sand, cement and water underneath the sunken concrete to lift it using hydraulic pressure.
What can be mudjacked?
Any sunken concrete can be lifted and levelled using mudjacking. If you are a home or business owner and want to find out how we can level a sunken concrete surface simply contact us or check out our services page.
What is void filling?
Void filling uses the same process as lifting concrete. We will pump a grout mixture under the cement which fills voids left under a fixed slab through soil erosion and settled or washed out base work. This helps prevent sinking and cracking of hollowed cement.

No, all quotations we provide are totally free.
What areas do you cover?

Do I need to be present when you are mudjacking?
You will only need to be available if the area that needs mudjacking is inside or in a locked area. If work is being performed in an interior location then an adult over the age of eighteen (18) is required to be present.
Please also keep in mind that if you are not present, once the job is complete we will need access to an exterior water spigot.
Does your mudjacking come with a warranty?
Yes. If the concrete slabs sink more then quarter of an inch within two (2) years of us performing mudjacking then we will come and rework the settled slabs. You can find your full warranty details on the reverse of your estimate.
How can I pay for your mudjacking services?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and cheques. We only take payment when the job is complete, no deposit is required.
When can the mudjacking be done on my sunken concrete?
That depends on how large the job is, most jobs are completed the same day as we are scheduled to arrive. Timing and finishing is weather dependent. Our expert mudjacking team always strive to complete the job successfully in as quick a time as possible.
How big are the holes you drill? What happens to them and will I notice them after?
The holes we drill in to the existing concrete surface are approximately the size of a golfball.
Once we have finished the mudjacking process the holes are patched with concrete. Yes the holes are noticeable for a period as our team put fresh concrete on aged concrete, however in time the holes will blend in to look the same as the existing concrete.
Does mudjacking work on asphalt?
No, if we try to raise asphalt by mudjacking then it will crack and crumble if we try to raise it.
What will happen to the existing cracks in my slabs?
Unfortunately these cracks will still exist, we do not fill or patch cracks. That is your responsibility, please check our warranty agreement for more details.
How long before I can use the sunken concrete you have mudjacked?
The majority of the time you can walk on and use the surface right after we finish, however driveways and garages must not be used for between 24 to 48 hours, our team will advise you more upon completion of the job.
